Community of Practice Seminars: Partnership
A Buncher Track program run in collaboration with JDC Global Human Resource Development
JDC Global Human Resource Development (HRD) defines a “Community of Practice” (CoP) as a group of committed people with an interest in sharing and developing their expertise in, and knowledge of, the practice of a certain topic, in order to perform their tasks at a qualitatively high level. As a model, the CoP concept encourages cross-regional learning and the development of social capital, both of which are of great benefit to JDC and its work in the field.
This year, JDC’s Community of Practice program will explore the domain of “partnership,” a theme which is of great strategic relevance and importance to the organization. Its primary goal is to bring together a group of professionals as a Community of Practice, in order to enable them to improve and enhance their own practice in this area.
