Sabbatical Program

The Sabbatical Program at Oxford provides high-performing Jewish communal practitioners with a unique opportunity for professional development. Based in one of the world’s oldest and most inspiring university towns, this two-week residential program enables participants to investigate a particular organizational or programmatic challenge and to access a diverse network of experts. Participants leave Oxford with written work that reflects their learning and makes a concrete contribution to the field at large.
